It’s “HERO WEEK” at CFHT!!! We will be doing a Hero WOD everyday to honor our fallen heroes. This will be a very challenging week both mentally and physically. Please be smart about your workouts and be sure to listen to your body. We don’t want anyone ending this week on the injured list. That being said, get your mind right and come in and honor our heroes!
