STRENGTH –

Front Squat – 3 @70%, 3 @ 80%, 3+ @ 90%

CONDITIONING –

20 Minute EMOM –

Even Minutes – 10 Wall Balls (20/14)

Odd Minutes – 3 @ @ 80% of 1RM

DON’T worry, we’ll make sure we fit the original workout for today in this week once the tropical storm passes.
