REMINDER:  Next Saturday, July 23rd, is the CFHT Beach Day in Hilton Head (Coligny Beach).  Workout starts at 9:00, followed by a Kid’s Workout, then a fun day in the sun!  Even if you don’t want to come and workout, come later and have some fun with your CFHT family!
