REMINDER:  Today is the day….the “Check-in Challenge” begins!!  Check in at CFHT on FB, IG, or BOTH for the month on September and let everyone know that CFHT is the place to be!  Make sure you are friends with Julie or follow CrossFitHighTide on IG so you get credit for your check in.  Let’s have fun with this challenge!

Also, the Mental Toughness Info Session is tonight at 7pm with Adam.  Come and see how you can mentally become a better athlete!

Even:  Power Snatch + Hang Power Snatch (155/105)

Odd:  5 Handstand Push Ups

10 Kettlebell Swings

15 Double Unders

CASH OUT:

Partner Med Ball Tosses

2 x 10 (each side)
