We’re OPEN!!!!!  Here is the tentative schedule for the rest of the week:

Thursday:  Business as usual

Friday:  Open Gym from 9am-12pm ONLY!!!  (No classes)

Saturday:  CLOSED

If anything changes, I will let y’all know here and on FB.  

CONDITIONING:

4 Rounds

100 Double Unders

25 Handstand Push Ups

15 Thrusters (115/75)
