10 OH Lunges w/ Pumpkin (R+L=1) 
200m Zombie Run 
31 Pumpkin Squats 
200m Zombie Run
16 Pumpkin Twists (R+L=1)
200m Zombie Run

**Every time pumpkin drops, falls, or is put down, 5 burpees. If athlete stops during pumpkin twists, 5 burpees.
