REMINDER:  Classes are CANCELED on SATURDAY due to the Clang and Bang WL Classic taking place at the gym.  

CONDITIONING:

For 20 Minutes:

0 – 2 Min:  100m Run + 2 Front Squats (155/105)

2 – 4 Min:  100m Run + 4 Front Squats

4 – 6 Min:  100m Run + 6 Front Squats

and so on, adding 2 Front Squats per round….
