CONDITIONING:

Partner WOD

P1:  250m Row

P2:  100 Air Squats

100 DB Snatches (50/35)

100 Lunges with DB (50/35)

100/80 Ring Push Ups

P1 is the rabbit.  P2 chips away at the movements.  When P1 is done with the row, they pick up where P2 has left off and P2 now rows.  Continue this until all 4 movements are complete.
