REMINDER:  Sign up for the CFHT Box Bash!!!!

REMINDER:  Tonight is the last of our gymnastics clinics.  We will be working on the Muscle Up (bar and ring).  CTB Pull Ups and Ring Dips are required to do this clinic.  Be ready to start at 6:45!

STRENGTH:

Front Squat

CONDITIONING:

400m Run

10 CTB Pull Ups

10 DB Thrusters (50/35)
