REMINDER: The Open Schedule starts this week. It will be as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: NORMAL

Thursday: Class – 9:45am and 4:30pm/Open Gym – 8:30-9:45 and 5:30-7:30

Friday: 5:30am Class/ Open Heats from 8:30-10:30 and 4:30-7:00

STRENGTH:

1A.  Back Squat   2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2 (progressive)

1B.  10m Walking Lunges

CONDITIONING:

4 Rounds

200m Run

100m Farmer’s Carry (55/35)

12 Handstand Push Ups
