REMINDER: The Open Schedule starts this week. It will be as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: NORMAL

Thursday: Class – 9:45am and 4:30pm/Open Gym – 8:30-9:45 and 5:30-7:30

Friday: 5:30am Class/ Open Heats from 8:30-10:30 and 4:30-7:00

STRENGTH:

Power or Squat Snatch

2 – 2 – 2 – 2 – 2  (Progressive)

CONDITIONING:

20 Pull Ups

10 Thrusters (135/95)

30 Push Ups

10 Thrusters

40 Air Squats

10 Thrusters
