beach workout

REMINDER:  Saturday is our annual CFHT Community Beach Day at HHI, starting at 9am.  Workout at 9:30am, then fun and sun the rest of the day with your CFHT Family!!  The gym will be CLOSED.

GYMNASTICS:

12 Minutes to establish a MAX Weighted Pull Up

CONDITIONING:

18 Minute AMRAP

10 Push Presses (95/65)

15 Toes-to-Bar

10 Sumo Deadlift High Pulls (95/65)

15 Box Jumps (24/20)
