CONDITIONING:

10 Rounds

2 Minutes ON/1 Minute OFF

200m Run

12 Wall Balls (20/14)

9 American KBS (55/35)

6 Push Press (115/75)

Athlete will begin each round with a 200m run.  With remaining time, athlete will do the 12/9/6 as many times as possible until 2 minutes are up.  Athlete will pick up where they left off on the 12/9/6 on the next round.  Score is total number of rounds completed.
