12 Minutes to work up to a double Hang Squat Clean 

 CONDITIONING: 

3 Rounds

4 minutes to complete 2 rounds of the following:

            3 squat cleans

            15 box jumps (24/20)

      then, with remaining time…

            ME burpees with remaining time (SCORE)

**REST 2 MINUTES BETWEEN ROUNDS**

Round 1:  155/105

Round 2:  165/115

Round 3:  175/125
