GYMNASTICS:
 
Handstand Push Up Progressions
Beginner –  5 rounds of :30 HS holds or 5 pike push ups off a box
Intermediate –  5 rounds of 5 reps of 3 count negatives down to a puzzle piece.  No push up at the end, just come off the wall and start again.
Advanced – 5 rounds of 5 reps of 3 count negatives + STRICT push up back to the starting position.
CONDITIONING:
15 Minute AMRAP
5 Deadlifts (225/155)
10/7 Ring Dips
20 Double Unders
