400m Run

4 Rounds:  6 Goblet Squats + 5 Toes-to-Bar

200m Run

2 Rounds:  6 Goblet Squats + 5 Toes-to-Bar

100m Run

1 Round:  6 Goblet Squats + 5 Toes-to-Bar
