About CFHT

Mission – Our mission is, through CrossFit, to educate, train, and inspire the local community to pursue the highest levels of personal fitness and equip each member with the confidence, skills, and knowledge to succeed in any of life’s physical arenas.IMG_0240

Our Vision – We want to bring CrossFit to the local community.  We want to serve as a medium for positive impact in people’s lives through fitness.  CrossFit has changed our lives in so many different ways, and now we want to share that with the Richmond Hill community.

Our Facility – We have over 5,000 square feet at our disposal which includes a main workout room of almost 4,000 square feet, Olympic lift platforms, pull up/gymnastics rig,  an air conditioned space for children, two bathrooms with a shower, an office, and a lounge area for our members to relax in before/after workouts.

Our Equipment – We take pride in outfitting our gym with premier CrossFit equipment from providers such as X Training Equipment and Rouge.  At CFHT, you will find plates from 2.5 lbs to 45 lbs, an assortment of kettlebells, barbells, rings, tires, Concept rowers, tires, sand bags, paralletes, medicine balls from 10 to 20 lbs, jump boxes from 12 to 30 inches, and the list goes on…

What are we trying to build – A community.  A family.  A team pulling each other in the right IMG_0228direction at all times.  We are not concerned with building the strongest gym in coastal Georgia.  We want to bring the impact of CrossFit to the everyday person in an affordable, professional, and competent manner.

What we are not – Individuals.  Elitists.  Egomaniacs willing to sacrifice safety and proper technique so we can say we did it faster or stronger.
