I started weightlifting while in college. I was a Diver at Marshall University and loved being in the weightroom. After I graduated I moved down to Richmond Hill and attempted to work out on my own, but was not able to enjoy it as much. I only had to attend one CrossFit Class to be hooked. I fell in love with the atmosphere at the gym, weightlifting, and the competitive experience the gym offered. Later on that year I pursued my level 1 and became a coach here at High Tide. I love helping others attain their fitness goals.
