Hi, my name is Gina and for a while now I have been hearing amazing things about the crossfit program. I am extremely interested in getting involved and improving my fitness level. However , I don’t really have any knowledge or ability and was wondering what kind of beginner programs you have and if you offer any coaching/training to crossfit beginners. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Hi, Gina – thanks for reaching out! All of our classes are coached under the supervision of a qualified CrossFit trainer. We make sure everyone understands the exercise prior to beginning the workout by teaching each piece of the movement. We also tailor the workouts intensity level to the individual’s fitness, skill, and experience level. Beginners are welcome, and encouraged, to attended any of our classes. As a new gym, we will have plenty of beginners so FEAR NOT!

If this, or anything under our FAQ, doesn’t answer your question, give us a call!

Hi. I saw your post about adding additional classes as your business grows. I am hoping you will be able to add a lunchtime class soon, even if just a few times a week. Thanks!

      Hi Elizabeth,

Thank you for your interest in CFHT! A noon class is one that we are considering. We need to have a minimum of 5 athletes to open another time slot, so I will see if there is any interest. If you know of anyone that would attend a lunchtime class, be sure to let us know as well. Would Mondays and Fridays work if that was what we start with? Are you able to attend the morning or evening classes that we offer now? We would love to have you join the CFHT community!

Nate, we currently run classes at 8:30am, 5:30pm, and 6:45pm (Mon – Fri) and a 10:00am (Sat.). You can come to any of these classes. For your first class, we ask that you come about 10 minutes early so we can get some paperwork filled out before the class starts. Any questions, give us a call at 398-0074. Thanks!

      Hi Kevin,

The Saturday Open Gym is for our members to come and workout on their own, whether it is a make up workout, strength, or just to work on a weakness. You can come and try any one of our classes, the first one is on us!

I am looking for a new box to join. I was recently at the functional training center/crossfit Ogeechee. I have goals to make it to regionals in the near future and was wondering if you guys did programming for people who are interested in taking their fitness to that level. Thank you for the feedback!

Yes, the first class is always free! 18+ is the age that we start with, but teens 16 and 17 can come in for a trial class to see how they move/interact with an adult group/know body awareness, etc and we make a decision on a case by case basis.

I was looking to come and try out crossfit and this location is only 10 mins from my house! Do you have days for non members to come and try it for the first time or can I come whenever works for me?

Is there anywhere on your website that has a list of acronym meanings for newbies like me? If not, maybe under the FAQ section would be great. It took me a few days to figure out what WOD meant….HA!

Hey Julie. I was in a 6 month contract at $99 a month and it was drafted for this month as well which makes 7 months. I can’t do crossfit anymore because I am a figure competitor so my workouts have changed. Please advise. Thanks!

      Hi Alicia!
We do not have a supervised day care but we do have a room for kids to play in while their parents workout. Our monthly military pricing is $117. Feel free to stop by and check out our gym!
